(A) To register click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections |

(A) In accordance with standard law under 16's cannot participate in auctions as they legal binding contracts |

(Q) What is the Charity Field for? |
|
(A) The Charity field is for you to enter a charity you "Support" like "The American heart Association". This field isn't for you to make up your own charity as it will only be deleted and may cause you to lose account Privileges. |

(Q) What is IDV on the registration page? |
|
(A) ID Verification is to show other people that you are taking the proper steps to get yourself verified and to help protect the community from theft. IDV shows you have completed 2 of the 3 verification steps. once you click "Yes" on the registration page. You will need to go to the members area and click on the ID Verification link and hit proceed to go to a payment processor as we charge $5.00 to get verified but you get $10.00 after the process is complete which includes address verification. |

(Q) What if I don't agree to your Terms of Service? |

(A) You will need to accept our "Terms of Service" or you will not be able to become a member our Modlow-Arvai Auctions. |

(Q) What is "Referred by Bonus"? |

(A) This is a bonus we give out when you are referred by another member. Check out the referrals section in the members area for more information. |

(Q) What is the "Newsletter Subscription"? |

(A) This is our newsletter that we use to offer promotional offers or to inform our members about any issues we may be having on our site for maintenance. |

(Q) What is the color bar for next to where i must enter my password? |
|
(A) This is a strength bar, It tells you how strong of a password you are creating is, Green means you have a strong password and you should always try to create a password that is in the green zone. |

(Q) How can I place a bid? |
|
(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on? |
|
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page. |

(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item? |
|
(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |
|
(Q) What is "Item Watch".? |
|
(A) This lists all the items you are watching. While you are browsing the auctions and see items of interest, you can add them to your "Item Watch" and you will get notification when the items are going to be ending giving you a chance to login and bid on that item. |

(Q) What are "Swap Offers".? |
|
(A) This is sort of a "Bartering System" where 2 members can work out a trade rather then selling the item for money. |

(Q) How can I check if I won an item? |
|
(A) You can check if you won an item by going to the "Members Area" and clicking on the "Won" link under "All buying". This area will list all the items you have won within the last 30 days. |

(Q) How can I check if I "Didn't Win" an item? |

(A) You can check if you "Didn't Win" an item by going to the "Members Area" and clicking on the "Didn't Win" link under "All buying". This area will list all the items you didn't win within the last 30 days. |

(Q) What are "Offers Placed".? |

(A) This can be found in the "Members Area" under "Offers Placed". This area lists all the offers you have placed on items while browsing the auctions. |

(Q) What are "Personalized Picks".? |
|
(A) This is a recommended product selection based on activity you have done on Modlow-Arvai Auctions. It will give you featured products you might like as well as items from sellers you have purchased items from. This is located in the "Members Area" under "All Buying". |

(Q) How do I report a Listing i believe is Fraudulent? |
|
(A) You can report abuse on any item by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and hitting the "Report Abuse" link. if you wish to "Report Abuse" on a specific member, you can visit the "Members Area" under "All Selling" and hit the "Abuse Report" link. |

(Q) How can I see all my Bidding items at once? |
|
(A) You can hit the "All Buying" link in the "Members Area" and this will display all the items at once associated with items you are bidding on, won, watching as well as a summary chart at the top of the screen. |

(Q) How can I list an item? |
|
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling? |
|
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page. |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item? |
|
(A) Yes you can, We have included a HTML tool bar or you can enter your own HTML coding but we recommend that you use our toolbar as your own coding may not work properly. You can test your own coding and hit the preview button. |

(Q) How can I see all the items I am selling at once? |

(A) You can hit the "All Selling" link in the "Members Area" and this will display all the items at once associated with items you are selling, items with Bids, Scheduled items, ended items as well as a summary chart at the top of the screen with reminder for payment or shipping of items. |

(Q) What are "Scheduled items".? |
|
(A) When you list items for sale, you are given an option to start the auctions in the near future. This area lists all the items that you are selling but haven't started as of yet. You can find a list of scheduled items in the "Members Area" under "All Selling". |

(Q) Can I keep track of all the items i am selling? |

(A) Yes, Our system keeps track of all your items that you are selling. You can see all the items you are selling by visiting the "Members Area" under "All Selling" where you will find a link for "Selling". |

(Q) What are Swaps Received? |

(A) This lists all the offers for swapping or commonly known as "trading of items" that you received from other members. |

(Q) How can I tell if I sold an item? |

(A) You can view all the items sold in the "Members Area" under "All Selling. Hit the sold link and it will display the list of all items sold. |

(Q) How can I edit my auction? |
|
(A) You can edit any of your auctions by visiting the "Members Area" under "All Selling" section. If you click on the selling tab, in this section you can Edit you auction. You will be limited to editing if bids have been placed on your item. |

(Q) Can I "Relist" my ended Auctions? |

(A) You can relist any of your ended auctions by visiting the "Members Area" under "All Selling" section. If you click on the ended tab, in this section you can Relist or Delete your ended auctions. |

(Q) What is the Members Area? |
|
(A) The members area is like your own personal space. In the members area you will find all the tools and gadgets you need to keep track of items you sell, bid or buy as well as keeping track of things you are watching. You can customize this area and add some nice features like "Google Gadgets". You can search each item and it's use for more information. You will find the following in the "Members Area".
MY VIEWS
Customize - This is where you can set-up the appearance of what will be displayed and how it will be displayed.
My Summary - This will be the summary view once you have set-up the customized views of your choice.
- My Messages - This is your personal message system between members.
- Questions (0) - This is where you will received questions to your auctions. The brackets will display the number of message in your box.
- Responses (0) - This is the replies you get from membes for questions you ask or to replies. The brackets will display the number of replies in your box.
- Important Messages (0) -This is the area where you will get Important Message from Modlow-Arvai.
All Buying - This area will give you a summary of the buying section including auctions won, ending, etc.
Item Watch (0) - This lists all the auction you are currently watching. The brackets will display the number of items being watched.
Bidding (0) - This lists all the auctions you are currently bidding on. The brackets will display the number of items you are bidding on.
Swaps Offered (0) - This lists the auctions that Swap offers have been offered to you from other members.
Won (0) - This lists the auctions you have won. The brackets will display the number of auctions won.
Didn't Win (0) - This lists the auction that you didn't win. The brackets will display the number of auctions you didn't win.
Offers Placed (0) - This listed all the offers that you placed on auctions. The brackets will display the number of offers placed.
Personalized Picks - This area lists personalized picks or suggestions of items from sellers you perviously dealt with or basing on your previous purchases.
Abuse Report - This area allows you to file a abuse report against a user.
Reviews & Guides - This area lets you view any Reviews or Guides as well as writing your own Review or Guide.
Sell an Item - By clicking this Button, you get taken to the sell an item process.
All Selling - This area gives you a summary of the items your selling including ending, with bids etc.
Scheduled (0) - This area contains all your future schedule items that haven't started as of yet. The brackets will display the number of scheduled items currently pending.
Selling (0) - This area contains all the items you are selling. The brackets will display the number of items you are selling on.
Swaps Received (0) - This area contains all the swaps you received from other members. The brackets will display the number of swaps received that are open.
Sold (0) - This area contains the items sold. The brackets will display the number of item that have been sold.
Ended (0) - This area contains all the items that have ended. The brackets will display the number of item that have ended to date.
Bulk Lister - This is the bulk lister area where you can download the bulk lister as well as get detailed explanation of how to use the bulk lister.
Ban List - This area will contain your banned users and the area where you will ban any user you don't want to bid on your auctions.
Discount List - This area contains any discounts you have given to your buyers.
Pre-Approve List - This area is where you set users to be Pre-Approved for bidding.
AboutMe - This is your profile page to describe yourself.

(Q) When I try to Login, I get "Page cannot be Displayed" |
|
(A) This is a browser issue. You need to clear your browser cache but if you hit the reload page, it will reload the page with you logged in already. To clear your browser cache, go to tools, delete browsing history then select all items to be removed. when you login again, it should work fine. |
