| There is a 1000kb limit per picture so make sure your file isn't larger than 1meg. Also make sure it is a proper picture format... |

| what format are the pictures? Also if you do a lot of web browsing, it is a good idea to occasionally deleted your browser contents so it doesn't try loading a previous visited page... |

| try empting your browser cache and make sure they are correct format and under 1mb each, the best images to upload are jpg as they are very small files and have no issues.... |

I just signed up and I don't know where to start. Your site talks about trial period but then it says to start if I'm ID Verified. I just got verified and have the email but your site says it's in process. So, I can't proceed until you change the status of my ID Verified. Also, while registering, you asked for a referral and I put it in. It came back no referral. I have a website called Secret Treasures99 and I bought it from Drop Ship Design. They supply all my products and ship for me.... |
| Hi Janice...The referral panel is only if you were referred by a member that is on modlow-arvai.com already. the reason why, if you refer a member, you earn commission on the final value fee of anything your referred members sells as well as site credit for things they do like posting auctions, in forums etc so unles you entered a member on modlow-arvai that referred you, you wouldn't get a referral and dsd isn't a referral, we made a deal with them to have our banner in their control panel as w... |

| premium fees are features like bold, highlight, featured and more, next to each item during the item posting process, there is a fee next to the prmium fees which states how much that feature will cost if you use it... |

| I am not sure what you are doing but i just tested the auction setup process and it is working fine, please try to clear browser cache and try, if you required a video to show how it is done, please let us know and we will make one for you.... |

| Hi levennard here, I just listed a Paper Shredder and made it through for my first time I though rather well. Everything is nicely set up and easy to use. Upon ending my isting when the bar graph finishes loading everything, I was directed back and made to put my Username and Password in again.. Did I time out and lose my auction listing? I can't find any trace of it any where. I suppose I wasted to much time setting up my "will you accept returns box"? Do you have it set up where a person... |
| The system does have a timeout which i believe is 90minutes in which you would lose what you are working on but it is usually a timeout if you are not doing anything on the site... |

| I am not sure what happened. You must select enable store and choose the store prior to hitting save. if you don't check enable and you enter your data and hit save, it will not save as you are not telling the system to enable the store.... |

| If you go to the membes area tab on the main home page, inside the members area to the left, there is a tab under "All Selling" named "My Store". Click on that link and it will take you to the create a store section.... |

| Verification for email and ip is automatic, Once you make payment using a payment processor like paypal, this gives you 2 of the 3 stages for verification. the last one is address which you must go to the members area under verification and start the address process if you want to verify your address.... |
